GENERAL DESCRIPTION
GALAXYlantern, with a ridge of just 60mm, no bulky radius ends and eliminating the need for jack rafter supports, the GALAXYlantern roof system is one of the slimmest roof lanterns on the market. Using powder coated aluminium caps external GALAXYlite Roof Lanterns have a life expectancy of 25 years.
The maximum size available to order is 3 x 6m, white, black or anthracite grey.
Double-Glazed: 24mm toughened glass units achieving a U-Value of 1.2v.
Triple-Glazed: 36mm toughened glass units achieving a U-Value of 0.7v.

SPECIFICATION
Thermally Broken Aluminium Caps: The higher uV profile greatly increases the roofs thermal efficiency.
Powder Coated Aluminium: This results in a longer life span. All external surfaces have a polyester powder coated aluminium finish. Painted to BS 6496, EN 12206-1.
Slim-Line Profile: The outcome of the slim-line profile is improved light transmission. All GALAXYlite Roof Lanterns have been designed to have minimal impact on the sight-lines of the roof.
Triple-Glazed Option: With the higher uV, GALAXYlite offers a triple-glazed option. Glazed with triple glazed argon gas filled units it gives a centre pane u-value of 0.7, three times better than a standard low-energy double-glazed unit.
